With the first two live periods of the 2017 AAU season in the books, one thing is clear: Gamepoint's 2019 class is making a statement on the recruiting trail.
The program is the only club in San Diego to boast at least three sophomores who have received scholarship offers, after Thursday's announcement that 6-foot-5 shooting guard Max Guinn picked up an offer from Northern Arizona University.
Guinn joins 6-foot-4 shooting guard Ryan Langborg (American, Loyola MD, San Jose State & Eastern Washington) and 6-foot-3 combo guard Jordan Hilstock (Montana) as the other sophomores who hold D1 offers.
The trio headline the program's 16u Elite team, which has several other D1 caliber prospects, including 6-foot-3 guard Graham Cook and 6-foot-6 forward Christian Rose. The team went 4-4 during two sessions of the Adidas Gauntlet Gold Division.
